the ibb has a great location right next to a grocery store and restaurants, making meals super easy. the room was clean and spacious, and the bakery downstairs offered delicious breakfast options. staff were friendly, and i really appreciated the contour pillow on my second night which helped a lot.

Limited check-in hours led to chaos for late arrivals!!! Pillows reported as uncomfortable caused pain and poor sleep quality!!! Insufficient cleaning in bathrooms left a lot to be desired!!! Poor response to guest complaints could be improved!!!

The room was nice and clean, with a complimentary kettle for tea and instant coffee, making it great for longer stays. pillows were a serious issue. the first night involved a nearly flat pillow that caused discomfort, disrupting our sleep. Despite this, the location was convenient, just a short drive from various attractions and near good restaurants.
